Hi all, hope everyone’s well and have had a great week. I have – I’ve had a productive one.

Heading straight into it…

On today’s post, I’ll be sharing with you my experience at Autumn Yard. Autumn Yard is a restaurant/Cafe that is located in the creative heart of East London, where you can enjoy healthy food options all through the day. How amazing?! They pride themselves upon having a passion to boost their customer’s health and well-being with treats that are not only tasty and delicious, but will also make one feel better.

On my arrival I was met by lovely representatives of the establishment, who were very much happy to offer any assistance necessary. Its setting is relatively warm and friendly; with an open kitchen, metro tiles and industrial accessories, one is left feeling relevant and relaxed.

The food was absolutely yummy! Although I’m a little apprehensive of trying new things, giving it a go, it tasted better than I could have imagined. Having the knowledge that the ingredients used were fresh healthy options made it even more enjoyable. Their menu does cater for a wide range of preferences; whether vegan, vegetarian or a meat eater, there’s certainly something for you.

This restaurant is Funmi Approved! Should you be in the area, be sure to visit! Details of the restaurant will be left below.

  2. I’m so happy you had a productive week Funmi, that’s always a great thing. The Autumn Yard looks like a lovely restaurant. I eat mostly vegetables but creative vegan food ceases to amaze me.
