Hi all, hope you’re well and having a great weekend!
I believe it’s safe to claim autumn is here, as the weather is beginning to change – seeming colder. So for a last time, maybe, the off-shoulder will make an appearance. This top was made by me at the start of summer, and I’ve loved it since; one of the reasons why I appear so joyful in the pictures. LOL!
Speaking of being joyful, I’ve been quite self-analytic of recent. Not for a specific cause or as in effect of other occurrences, but an unconscious conscious check-up on self. From my somewhat brief overview, I realised that I’m very much a happy person. Of which causes or influences stems from within. More importantly, I try my hardest to extend it to the people around me, strangers included. Yes, I speak to strangers and try to get them to smile…am I weird? 😛
Admittedly, a great truth I’ve learnt is that the consistency of one’s joy is determined by the consistency of whatever anchors it. Also, the degree to which other influences affect one’s emotional health is the degree to which they are allowed. As a result, your emotional stability is solely dependent on you and in essence, whatever you permit. For me, that’s God. The peace and dependability He offers is unfathomable.

I do hope you are encouraged to re-evaluate the foundations of your emotional wellbeing. Happiness is a choice – Stay smiling!
